Role/Responsibilities:

• Daily progress call with Office / PM
• Manage and accurately record hours on tasks
• Work to deadlines

Ideal Skills/Experience:

• Several years’ experience working on-site with main contractors
• An in-depth understanding of Health & Safety within construction
• Valid CSCS Card
• Experience with architectural and secondary steel
• Very presentable and approachable
• Ability to adapt to change
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
• A very strong work ethic

Preferred but not essential:

• Driver’s License
• Additional qualifications/certificates in construction
• Willingness to travel within the UK and stay away for days at a time
• Welding experience – MIG, TIG, STIG, ARC
